What is needed?

We purchased a used riding lawn mower off marketplace that had been sitting for a while. Did all maintenance, put gas in & it poured out due to a crack in the tank itself. It only clicks when you turn on the key. Sounds like a solenoid and/or starter might be out. It’s a John Deer L-130
